Plain-English commitments about the data you share with Shaka People and how we use it.
Contact information
We collect only the contact details you provide — name, email, shipping address, and (where applicable) organization — to process your order, deliver proofs, and coordinate fulfillment. We do not sell or rent your contact data.
Uploaded artwork
You retain 100% ownership of any artwork you upload. Files are used solely to render proofs, produce your order, and reprint under our defect guarantee. Artwork is never resold, reused for other customers, or added to a design library without your written consent.
Encrypted payment processing
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers over encrypted connections. Shaka People does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Fulfillment data routing
To produce and ship your order, we share the minimum necessary data (order details, sizes, shipping address, approved artwork) with vetted print and shipping partners. Those partners are contractually bound to use the data only for fulfilling your order.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@shakapeople.com. Deletion requests are honored after any active orders are completed.
