The rules of the road for placing bulk orders with Shaka People.
24-Unit Minimum Order
All Shaka People orders require a minimum of 24 units per design. Orders below the minimum cannot be submitted to production. Rewards tiers (50, 100, and 250+ units) unlock additional bonus gear and shipping benefits as described in the studio.
Proof approval is your responsibility
Before production begins, you receive an interactive 360° proof. You are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, artwork placement, sizing quantities, and color selection. Once approved, changes may not be possible and reprints for approved errors are not covered by our defect guarantee.
IP & trademark authorization
By submitting artwork you represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce all logos, names, likenesses, and trademarks included. Shaka People may decline any order that appears to infringe third-party intellectual property.
10-Day Defect Replacement Guarantee
If any unit arrives with a manufacturing or print defect, notify us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the defective units at no charge. Guarantee excludes issues arising from approved artwork errors, customer-supplied garments, or normal wear.
Payment & cancellation
Orders are billed at the moment of proof approval. Because production is routed to factories immediately, cancellations after approval may not be possible.
